Dataset

A library of 1,000 human PBMCs was prepared following ArgenTag guidelines and the LSK114 kit. The cDNA was sequenced on one PromethION P2 flow cell to evaluate the effect of sequencing depth on isoform-resolved single-cell data.

Dataset

The Kinnex™ Full-Length RNA Kit (8-fold concatenation) and the Kinnex™ 16S rRNA Kit (12-fold) were each used to generate one library from the same ArgenTag cDNA. Each library was sequenced on one Revio SMRT® Cell.
